Antiek Arcade / Tiffany webshop has a 14-day returns policy for all products on our website as required under the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000. The following terms and conditions apply to all refunds.
You must inform us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days, starting the day after delivery/receipt of your order (the date of delivery will be recorded by our carriers) that you wish to return goods or if you have any damages, faults or shortages. Antiek Arcade / Tiffany webshop cannot accept responsibility after this period.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have a duty of care while the goods are in their possession and we request all goods are returned with their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them i.e. lamps.
Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition.
For unwanted items the customer is responsible for the return carriage costs. We can also arrange a pick up by DPD Parcel Service. Charges are Gp 25,- per package. The total order amount, minus these return costs, are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period.

www.tiffany-webshop.co.uk will meet the cost of return carriage on all faulty goods as long as the goods returned conform to the relevant regulations.
Antiek Arcade / Tiffany webshop will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians fees, time taken from place of employment etc.
We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria
